The food was great! It was my first time there, the plates for the biscuits were dirty, the server apologized and said that was embarrassing, and got us clean plates. I ended up spilling water all over my lap, not the restaurants fault, just wanted to point that out.

Forgot to check us in, it took over an hour to get seated, once seated order got taken, food took awhile but it was amazing. And our server was great.

I can't say I go out to many seafood places but I sure do love red lobster. I can't help but to go 3 or 4 times just during the endless shrimp promotion alone. They make wonderful shrimp and they will keep them coming out as much as you like. If you don't like what you got no worries they will just take it away and bring you something you will like. Never had a problem here always a great staff and a great dining experience. I will be back for sure.

Love the salmon here. I dont like the live critters in the tanks so i steer clear of them. The little things are nice like the the garlic rolls and the salads in the chilled bowls. I seem to be stuck ordering the same thing.. Salmon, broccoli and baked potato.. Oh yeah, the bar is nice too ;)

Extremely ride, called to have my order brought out and they took phone off the hook. Had to call back and the girl who answered had an attitude. The order was wrong and cold. Had to go inside to get it. The girl at the bar was sitting there talking. It took over 20 min to pick up my food "to go"

It's red lobster. Who puts carpet in a seafood restaurant. The smell is bad, I had dirty silverware, service was show, and missing sides. I only go when it's someone else's choice. If you want seafood in West Des Moines, go to waterfront.

Our waitress was terrible never brought our drinks or salad in a timely manner. Had to ask another waitress Cindy to help us. She delivered everything to our table immediately within a 5 minute period Cindy made our experience very positive.

We had an amazing time! Our waiter, Shane, went out of his way to make our dinner exceed our expectations. I took my ex-wife out to dinner on her birthday, and wasn't going to say a word about it. She mentioned it at the last minute and Shane brought her dessert on the house. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, and I can't recommend red lobster highly enough!

It's Red Lobster. It's solid food, good service, and a fun time. On our visit, our spot was REALLY cold, which accounts for the lost star. Seriously, it was very, very cold. But our food was great, our server was perfect, and I highly recommend the peach lemonade!

This place is hit and miss. The servers are always friendly and attentive. Sometimes the food is disappointing, but other times it is great. I do recommend you pay attention to the specials going on, quality tends to better if you go during their specials.

The seafood was prepared well and the wait staff was very attentive. We arrived at 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday, so no wait time (advantages of being retired). Very satisfying and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Red Lobster is a rare treat for my family, since we have a little one we rarely get the chance to go here.When we do get the chance it's usually for lunch, on this particular trip we had the endless shrimp special, which is always a treat that we enjoy.The food was prepared correctly, and the staff was on point and always there when we needed them. We will be back when we can find the time again.

We went on a Sunday night, and the host wasn't very well organized. The caesar salad was particularly lackluster, but our server more than made up for it. The rest of our food was awesome, and our server, Christian, had a great personality and hilarious jokes! The fire alarm even went off while we were there (false alarm), and our server handled the interruption with ease. He made what would've been a 'pretty good' experience a 'great' one, and even got our moody 15 year old daughter to laugh - we'll be back!

Lobster was fishy tasting and was mushy. I must say it was immediately replaced. Broccoli totally overcooked. Just an off day today. Has always been top notch other visits.

I actually installed a power supply for the main computer network to have redundant power. However im a fan and have family that make me add luster. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and this job was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely most awful experience. We did call ahead seating for 6:10. Got there about 20 minutes before 6:10 still didn't get seated until about 6:45. Finally got seated, waitress introduced herself, didn't come back until 10 minutes later for our drink order. Placed our orders , salads came only to find mud or some brown sticky goo all over the lettuce in the salad. She took it back, asked if I wanted a replacement, said no. No manager came to see us or anything paid our $120 bill, never got a discount or even an apology for the awful experience. I wish I would have taken a picture but was too grossed out to look at it.

Good service, good food. Nothing overly fancy... Exactly what you'd expect. You're not getting the top of the line here. Don't expect the moon, but you'll get a good meal here.

There was a typical wait time for the busiest part of the evening when we went. The employees were rock solid as we watched 4 to 5 families very verbally complain about the wait time etc. As soon as we were seated we were greeted by our server and had immediate fantastic service. Our server was unbelievable. The food was amazing and the price was good for us. We left very full and happy. This was a great experience for us!!

If you love seafood I recommend Red Lobster. Not the freshest seafood but then again we don't live on the coast. Shrimp was excellent and the lobster was spot on. Salads are good and the service is pretty good.

Last time we went here we had a really nice waitress, she was very polite, and new. But a lot of the other waitresses and waiters would just as soon run you over as to being polite and wait as you're being led to your table or when you're leaving after paying your bill. Some very rude staff that need to have a manager that would work with and explain to them how a customer should be treated.

Amazing food and amazing service! The endless shrimp was made to order and we were able to try every kind of shrimp to find our favorite. Also the manager was super sweet and cared about why we were there (we were there to celebrate our engagement) and it was an awesome experience and will definitely visit again!

Great experience here. I went with my mom and family for my birthday. The service was great, food was excellent, and the birthday dessert was nothing short of amazing. Ive never gotten such an elaborate birthday dessert on the house from a chain restaurant like this!

I am certainly not a seafood person, but my wife is. First thing I appreciate is Red Lobster doesn't smell overly fishy so to speak as most seafood restaurants do. Second, I appreciate their ability to cater to us non seafood people. While here I had the NY strip. It was well seasoned, slightly overcooked but still tasty. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I am not a huge fan of the table check out tablets, but the program they run seems to be much more efficient than most places. Overall this was a very pleasant experience with plenty of leftovers as portions are sized large. My wife and I will certainly be back.

The highlight of the trip was the crab, without a doubt.I had the crab imperial and crab topped salmon, the crab imperial was delicious. The salmon however was not.My wife had the ultimate feast, I may have helped her eat some of that... She loved the crab legs, and Walt's favorite shrimp. I loved the shrimp scampi. The lobster was disappointing.They had run out of all the local brews on tap and only had three options left.. Honestly a let down..Our waiter, Bo was incredibly friendly and overall a delight to talk to. He made the perfect amount of stops to check in on us.

It's been a long time since I've been there last time I was in there it look like Applebee's and I went this time and it was completely redecorated and it was the food was amazing took a little more than usual time but they had a whole bunch of people having a huge party so I forgive them for that but I had the Bay Harbor Lobster bake and it was scrumptious it was just it was Dynamite I recommend this place to everyone

Always enjoy Red Lobster. There is a wide variety of food and beverages at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional and seen to be there to help you enjoy the meal and time. There is plenty of parking available and can be easily seen and accessible from the road.

Food was good. Waiter was friendly and competent. They had a issue with an ongoing buzzing noise during our visit. But the manager proactively visited all the tables and apologized for it and did what she could to ensure everyone was happy. Great job on her part.

Poor service if you didn't check in online for a reservation. Had to go to hostess stand 3 times and then finally stand there to get remembered that we were still waiting for our table seating. Took over 90 minutes to get seated.Food was perfect. Server was very attentive and even comped our deserts for food taking so long to prepare.
